What do you do when it's 110 degrees outside? Hang out at the pool all day! Last weekend we went swimming at Val Vista Lakes, we love it there!! The kids can play in the sand and the water is super shallow. We tried taking Harbor in the water for the first time and she was just not having anything to do with it. So she sat out this round but were hoping to have her back in the water before the summer is over. Swayzie and Hudson are our little fish, they absolutely love anything to do with the water! I bought them a little play pool for our backyard and I swear, if it were up to them they would hang out there all day- every day! Unfortunately they just don't have the skin for it, regardless of the amount of sunscreen I put on the them (and seriously I lather it on)- they always come back burned to a crisp!!

I love your pool pictures. We have the exact same one...good ole' Target! The kids look like they love it as much as mine. Miss you guys!
Ok we don't really have sun worthy skin over at our home either but I swear by Spray on Bull frog for kids. Anything else and my kids fry. Um I need your email! send me an email I am having a back to school swim party for the kids.
