I've been meaning to post this for weeks now but haven't gotten around to it until now!! Justin had a baseball game on this evening (don't ask me which one) and the kids started chanting " let's go d-backs, let's go!" so it inspired me to finally BLOG IT!! I've been seriously slacking on my blogging lately, I just can't find the time to do it anymore!! Three kids is killing me!!

So, Justin and his Mom took the kids to their first Diamond Backs game in May and the kids still to this day have not stopped talking about it!! Seriously, I never knew my kids would find baseball of all sports to be so fascinating- let's just say they definitely do not get that from me!! Hudson has since began practicing his batting skills at all times and anywhere possible. I find myself telling him multiple times a day not to practice in the house but somehow the bat and ball always end up on the family room floor, poor Swayzie and Harbor have probably taken a few hits while I wasn't looking!! But he has actually picked it up pretty quickly and can hit the ball almost everytime we pitch it to him now!! Swayzie has now decided that it's okay for girls to love both princesses and the diamondbacks, she had somehow concluded that princesses were not supposed to like the diamondbacks, that it was only for boys. So when I was tucking her into bed shortly after the game night she asked "Mom, which do you like better, princesses or the diamondbacks?" I said I liked them both and asked her which one she liked better, she looked a little relieved and said "yeah, me too! Princesses love the diamondbacks." So much to my surprise the game ended up being a big hit with the kids, I thought for sure Justin would have to leave the game early to take the kids home because of their lack of interest. But according to Justin they sat intently fixated on the entire game and are begging to go again!!
