Love You Long Time

My Summy boy is half a year old, six months to be exact! Can you believe it!? So sad, I love every stage of a baby's first year of life, but my fav will always be that fresh out of the oven newbie stage! Feels like it has been so long since he was that little, he has definitely expanded in size at a rapid pace. Six months is a super fun age though too, it seems like once you get to this point you are kind of in the clear zone. You don't jump every time he cries or worry so much about leaving him or worry about them getting sick. He had a gnarly case of RSV for about three or four weeks which was pretty really sad. He had to do several breathing treatments a day and was up a lot at night. We are so glad to be done with that and to have our happy, healthy boy back. He is starting to show his personality more and more. He has come out of his shell quite a bit these past few months and we have noticed that he is a lot like his older brother. He laughs at everything and is really good at faking a believable cry, tears and all! Another one of Hudson's traits! He is very well loved in our home, been in the family for six months and the kids still fight over who get's to hold him first. Justin and I are placing bets on how long it lasts.

Here are a few pictures from last week! Happy half year of life Summit, I do believe this calls for a celebration!

Just chillin outside!
The only way I can get him to calm down when he's really throwing a hissy fit, is to take him outside. He loves it!
He really loves to sit up and feel like he's part of the action

Anytime he is laying on his back, he always immediately rolls over and then get's so mad because he hates it and can't figure out how to roll back over!
He has never, ever been a fan of tummy time!
He is still such a happy boy, even with that annoying tube on his face!
