This handsome fella turned the big 29! We celebrated with a new haircut, German chocolate cake (with extra frosting as requested by the birthday boy) barbecued some hamburgers and watched the world cup soccer game with family! It was pretty chilled out, just the way he likes it!
While this little lady turned seven, I know April was like three months ago, but better late than never! We celebrated a total of three times, with two different birthday cakes, lucky girl! I sure never got that treatment!! She racked in the presents from family and added to her littlest pet shop collection!
This other cutie pa' tootie turned two and celebrated with a day at the pool! With her new floaties on she was almost able to keep up with Swayz and Hud! She is definitely in her element when she's swimming in the pool! She also tested out her new little trike which she didn't pick up as quickly as the floaties, we're still working on that!
And finally, this little rascal turned 5 years old! He is finally ready to start kindergarten and he can hardly wait! His special day was spent at the Riparian Preserve, collecting lizards and worms perfect for this little outdoorsman. Later, we ended up at target where we let the birthday boy pick out his very own present, of course he chose the loudest dragon, that stomps, grunts and roars! He was very precise in his decision and went back and forth between that and the electronic helicopter! Mom and dad had to sneak in a few other presents without him knowing and with a little help from Swayz and Harbor we were able to pull it off! We ended the day with family over for dinner and cake!
Needless to say, I have had my fill on birthday cake for the remainder of the year! It is such a relief knowing that birthday season is finally over, we had a blast celebrating with everyone! We feel so blessed to have so many supportive family members that made these guys feel so special on their big day!
